We do our very best to have orders processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during launches of new collections and sales due to the high volume of orders received.

We currently offer two shipping options. First, we can ship your package via regular letter mail if it is within the weight and size limits for shipping oversized mailers as determined by Canada Post. It is a low flat-rate, and does not include tracking. Please note that Jess’ Paper Co. is not liable for any delays or missing packages, and will not replace lost packages. The other shipping option includes tracking via Canada Post. Upon fulfilment of your order, your tracking number will be emailed to you.
